Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an Experienced Residential Remodeler for an on-site role in Denver, CO. The installer will perform safe installations of baths and related fixtures, greet customers, and follow SOPs and PPE protocols to deliver a 5-star experience.

Responsibilities include loading materials at 6:30 AM, traveling to homes, completing installations, cleaning up, and handling paperwork and payments while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device for company systems.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer's home, greet them and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
