Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler to join our installer team. You will perform safe installations of bathtubs and surrounds, replace fixtures, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Travel to job sites, load materials, and communicate clearly with customers while maintaining a clean, respectful workspace. Must have basic tool knowledge and a drive to learn and grow with our company.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to the customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
