Qualifications

• Must hold an MD PT license.
• Graduation from an APTA-accredited PT program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform mobility, range of motion, strength, balance, and wound assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, including exercises.
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitation and safety.
• Document observations and interventions using EMR tablet.
