Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time or part-time opportunity delivering outpatient home health visits from our Gaithersburg, MD senior living office. Care is provided to adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis across Montgomery and Frederick counties.

As a PT you join a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, perform mobility and gait assessments, educate clients and families, and

Qualifications

• Current Maryland Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduate of an APTA-approved PT program (CAHEA/AMEA).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outpatient visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, gait, strength, balance, safety).
• Develop and implement individualized care plans (manual therapy, gait training, balance).
• Continuous assessment and revision of PT care plan; collaborate with nursing.
