Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid training and certification.
• Experience working with elderly or physically challenged persons is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client care and planning activities.
• Serve meals and snacks and assist with clean-up.
• Observe and report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Assist with transfers, toileting, and mobility as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe activity spaces and document progress.
