Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Harrison, AR seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our Personal Care Services program with a servant-hearted approach. This role emphasizes assessments, supervisory visits, care coordination, and quality oversight rather than hands-on skilled visits.

You will conduct client assessments, develop plans of care, supervise caregivers, monitor status changes, and ensure compliance with state regulations and HIPAA while supporting the team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Arkansas (AR).
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel locally within the service area.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
