Job summary

Coastal Care Partners in Savannah, GA is seeking a Home Care Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire compassionate caregivers for our growing team. You will work with the Home Care and HR teams to build relationships and promote job opportunities in the community.

This role requires strong communication, targeting outreach, and the ability to travel locally for events. You’ll manage candidate pipelines, screen applicants, and help position Coastal Care Partners as an employer of choice in

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, community outreach, or caregiver staffing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, independent worker in field and office.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for events and outreach.
• Passion for helping caregivers and families.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit caregivers through job boards, events, schools, and community outreach.
• Develop relationships with local organizations to build a pipeline of candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and guide applicants through hiring.
• Represent Coastal Care Partners at job fairs and community programs.
• Collaborate with Home Care team to match caregivers with staffing needs.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain applicant databases.
• Market Coastal Care Partners as an employer of choice in caregiving.
