Clayton Homes is seeking a Home Building Team Member to join our manufacturing production operations in the Rockwell area. You will follow standard production methods and safe practices to support efficient, safe, and quality-driven output.

You will work in a team, read drawings when needed, and participate in maintaining assets, quality, and productivity while adhering to OSHA requirements. Full-time benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings greatly desired.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits to ensure production is efficient and safe while observing OSHA regulations.
• Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to quality standards and productivity objectives.
• Protect company assets, report maintenance needs, and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist Department Manager and Area Coordinator to plan manufacturing activities and communicate material shortages / quality issues.
