Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries as necessary per production sheets.
• Ensure food preparation follows approved recipes and production standards.
• Assist with production records including waste tracking and shortages; inform supervisor when supplies are low.
• Maintain proper presentation, quality, portion control and serving temperatures.
