Essential Functions:

• Monitor and assist customers at self-checkout registers, proactively engaging with multiple customers simultaneously.
• Assist customers by recommending products and services, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Operate cash registers for sales, returns, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and proper cash handling.
• Maintain the checkout area, ensure supplies are stocked, and verify merchandise for damages.
• Support store safety and security by monitoring entrances/exits and reporting suspicious activities.
• Adhere to safety standards and operate store equipment as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support store operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Less than 1 year of experience with computers and retail technology.
• 1-2 years of retail cashier experience.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds with or without accommodation.

Preferences:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, and supervisory roles.
• Experience with shoplifting detection and retail security.
