High Hotels LTD. in Center Valley, PA, is hiring a Guest Services Representative to warmly greet guests, answer inquiries, handle reservations, and support arrivals and departures with accuracy. This full-time role sits at the SpringHill Suites and requires flex shifts including weekends.

The starting rate is $15.72 per hour with a $1 premium on weekend shifts. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, and strong math and communication skills.

As a Guest Services Representative for High Hotels LTD., you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, and assisting guests during arrivals and departure. You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position.

This position will be located at the SpringHill Suites in Center Valley, PA.

This full-time role consists of five shifts per week. Team members may be scheduled for 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts on varying days, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility to work either shift is required, as schedules will change based on business needs.

Weekends include a $1/hr shift premium!

Starting Rate: $15.72/hr. Potential for increase is based on experience.
