Job summary

Dunwoody Village in Newtown Square is seeking a dedicated full-time groundskeeper to maintain our landscape, mulch, prune, and keep common areas attractive. The standard shift is 6:30 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday, on campus.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of grounds experience, can work in all weather, lift 50+ lbs, and hold a PA driver’s license to operate equipment. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, a 403(b) plan with

Qualifications

At least 2 years of groundskeeping or related landscape experience.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions and during significant winter events.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
Valid PA driver’s license required to operate equipment.
Excellent customer service and ability to relate to older adults.

Responsibilities

Mulching, fertilizing, weeding, planting, pruning, shoveling, snow/leaf removal, and litter removal on the property.
Operate landscape equipment and installation of seasonal decorations.
Assistance as assigned by the Grounds Supervisor.
