Job summary

Soul Community Planet Hotels is seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Associate to keep outdoor spaces inviting and well-kept. This full-time role covers lawn care, planting, irrigation, and general landscape maintenance, with a focus on safety and guest experience.

You will follow hotel policies, work flexible hours including weekends, and bring a High School Diploma or equivalent; prior landscaping experience is preferred and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and prior grounds maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor spaces, including lawns, shrubs, trees, and landscaping.
• Follow hotel policies for safety, lost and found, and guest/team member accidents or injuries.
• Inspect and prepare materials and equipment for service; operate irrigation systems.
• Assist in special construction projects and routine grounds maintenance as directed.
