Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow safety standards.
• Reliable, team-oriented with strong work ethic.
• Basic math for counting and measuring harvests.
• Previous agricultural or food farming experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable in greenhouse conditions with varying temperatures and humidity.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Plant and transplant lettuce seedlings into hydroponic systems.
• Harvest lettuce heads according to quality and timing standards.
• Inspect, clean, and prepare lettuce for packaging and distribution.
• Package and label products in compliance with food safety protocols (FSMA).
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of greenhouse, equipment and packing areas.
• Assist with light equipment maintenance and general production tasks.
• Monitor crops for irregularities and report findings to supervisors.
• Maintain records of harvest quantities and production metrics.
• Contribute to production goals and team efficiency.
