Country Visions Cooperative in Readfield, WI is seeking a full-time Grain Handler to load grain, operate dryers, and support day-to-day grain operations. This role offers hands-on work in a busy farm-cooperative environment with safety as a top priority.

You will work with customers, move grain by truck and rail, perform routine maintenance, and help keep a clean, efficient facility. CDL is preferred but not required, and the company provides training and benefits such as PTO, holidays, 401(k),

Qualifications

• CDL Class A preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Read maps and follow directions.
• Read and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to shovel and sweep.

Responsibilities

• Receive grain from customers and load trucks/railcars.
• Operate grain dryers.
• Perform routine maintenance on trucks and grain handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with team daily.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
