Country Visions Cooperative is hiring a Grain Handler for the Readfield location in Fremont, WI. This full-time role involves receiving grain, loading trucks/railcars, operating grain dryers, and maintaining equipment. You will work first shift, Monday–Friday, with extra hours during peak harvest season, including some weekends.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred, but not required (Country Visions Cooperative offers reimbursement)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Ability to read maps and follow directions
• Willingness to shovel and sweep

Responsibilities

• Receive grain from customers and load out grain trucks/railcars
• Operate grain dryers
• Perform routine maintenance on trucks and grain handling equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate with customers and team members daily
• Other duties as assigned by management
