Duran Golf Club in Melbourne, FL is seeking a full-time Maintenance Operator - Golf Course to join a dedicated team responsible for the care of one of the area’s top courses. This hands-on role offers outdoor work and growth in turf management and landscaping, contributing to high-quality course conditions golfers expect from a premier facility.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid Driver's License required.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50–75 lbs in outdoor conditions.
Strong communication and a professional team player attitude.
Golf course maintenance experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Operate turf mowing equipment to maintain greens, collars, tees, fairways, roughs, and surrounding areas.
Repair ball marks on greens and fill divots.
Change hole locations and reposition tee markers.
Rake and condition bunkers for consistent playability.
Edge and maintain bunkers, cart paths, curbs, and parking areas.
Maintain irrigation heads, valve boxes, and yardage markers with care.
Assist with topdressing, verti-grooming, and verti-cutting for turf health.
Remove debris and debris to keep the course clean and safe.
Rotate and position course signage for cart traffic guidance.
