Job summary

42 North Dental in Montoursville, PA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our patient-centered practice. You will manage the full patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office services across periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

We offer a competitive compensation model with daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401K, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and maintain treatment plans.
• Review treatment options with patients.
• Maintain and update patient medical and dental records.
• Interpret X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high standards of care and professional ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments through continuing education.
