Provides SMART customer service at all times by executing Lowe’s customer service policies, procedures, and programs effectively.
Assists customers by understanding their needs, locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
Responds promptly and knowledgeably to customer and employee questions, guiding them through projects when necessary.
Shows genuine appreciation to customers and communicates information regarding stock, special orders, product features, applications, and warranties related to Lowe’s programs.
Cross-trains in other store areas to enhance customer service delivery.
Manages calls appropriately to meet customer and associate needs.
Reviews schedules to ensure proper coverage and assigns backup support as needed.
Collaborates with the PRO team to maintain service standards for Pro Fulfillment.
Prepares, stages, and verifies all delivery, pro, installation, and pickup orders, following quality standards.
Monitors fulfillment notifications to uphold customer service expectations.
Enters and retrieves information from Lowe’s systems related to inventory and orders.
Conducts store walks to monitor fulfillment areas and inventory status.
Communicates store status to supervisors via various channels and acts as a liaison between departments to ensure timely order processing.
Handles merchandise for customer orders, verifying accuracy and safety during loading.
Performs supplemental fulfillment tasks such as order audits and restocking.
Completes administrative tasks related to delivery and pickup, including auditing staging areas and contacting customers.
Ensures loads are safe, secure, and compliant with DOT regulations.
Maintains store organization by organizing merchandise, cleaning, and removing debris.
Detects and reports theft, shoplifting, and security risks promptly.
Ensures store cleanliness and organization through housekeeping standards.
Maintains a safe work environment by conducting safety reviews, noting hazards, and securing store areas.
Follows all safety protocols relevant to the role, including the use of safety devices and equipment.
Operates store equipment as required, with certifications for forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers if applicable.
Performs other duties as assigned.
