Job summary

The Navy Inn in Fallon, NV is seeking a Full-Time Guest Services Representative to welcome guests, manage reservations, check-in/check-out, and provide essential frontline service. You will operate the front desk, handle calls, and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction at this Navy lodging facility.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of clerical experience, basic computer skills, and can uphold confidentiality and security standards.

Qualifications

• One year of general office clerical experience.
• Knowledge of computer systems.
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and answer questions about the lodging facility, amenities, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with reservations, check-in/check-out, room assignments, and payments.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system and deliver messages.
• Maintain inventory and security of front desk keys; log check-in/out using key log.
• Keep front desk and lobby area clean.
• Log trouble calls in the PMS and notify the appropriate department; relocate guests as needed; print reports from PMS.
