Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting, seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures ingredients and transports food between stations.
• Stores food with proper dating, wrapping and rotation; ensures food safety.
• Cleans areas, utensils and equipment; handles supplies and portions.
