Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time Porter in Columbus, OH to maintain front-of-house cleanliness and support service during peak hours. The role includes handling dishes, sanitation, and safe lifting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience as porter with ability to maintain front-of-house cleanliness and sanitation.
• Food delivery experience for breakfast and lunch during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows and beverage stations.
• Ensures tables are bussed, cleared and cleaned and floors swept during peak service times.
• Transports dishes and utensils safely using trays, bus tubs or carts.
• Washes dishes and cleans cooking stations to maintain sanitation standards.
• Keeps display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Assists with receiving deliveries and moving supplies to storage areas.
