• Busses, clears, and sweeps floors during peak service times.
• Washes dishes and cleans cooking areas to ensure sanitation.
• Receives heavy deliveries and transports to storage following safety standards.
• Ensures proper presentation and serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
