Fleet Landing Restaurant & Bar in Charleston seeks a Food Runner to bridge the kitchen and guests, delivering dishes with speed and accuracy to ensure every plate is fresh and visually appealing. You will work closely with the expo team to keep service on track during lunch and dinner shifts.

Responsibilities

• Garnish, wipe, and run dishes to the correct tables/seat numbers.
• Follow service standards to keep everything consistent.
• Handle guest requests or help get what they need quickly.
• Assist with pre-bussing and clearing tables.
• Clean spills or broken items safely and efficiently.
• Reset and maintain tables, service areas, and condiments.
• Complete side work tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver food quickly and accurately—timing is everything
• Work closely with the expo team to make sure every plate looks on point
• Keep tables clean and organized between courses
• Support servers and teammates to keep service running smoothly
• Jump in wherever needed—this is a team-first environment

Schedule

• Lunch: Typically 11 AM – 4 PM
• Dinner: Typically 5 PM – 10:30 PM
• Nights, weekends, and holidays are part of the vibe
