Job summary

The Horton Hotel in Boone, NC seeks a full-time Bar Supervisor to assist in managing the bar and crafting guest experiences. Expect 30–35 hours per week with weekend and holiday availability.

You will support the Director of Bar Operations, ensure exceptional service, supervise beverage preparation, inventory, and events to boost guest satisfaction.

The Horton Hotel is looking for a full-time, Bar Supervisor to help manage the bar and create memorable experiences for guests during their stay. 30-35 hours per week.

The Job

A typical day for a Bar Supervisor at the Horton Hotel consists of supporting the Director of Bar Operation while providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Job Duties Include:

• Prepare and serve beverages
• Collaborate with the Director of Bar Operations
• Responsible for creating and coordinating food and beverage experiences and events.
• Taking inventory of all non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area
• Respond to guest requests
• Verify that guests are of legal drinking age when serving alcoholic beverages

This job operates in an indoor hotel and kitchen environment. This job continuously uses standard food service and cleaning equipment and chemicals. This job is occasionally exposed to fumes, gases, odors, dust, and biohazards.
