Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time floating Physical Therapy Assistant to cover Senior Living communities and private homes around Dover-Foxcroft, ME. The successful candidate will operate across multiple settings, delivering compassionate PT support and maintaining documentation with accuracy.

The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay of $32–$35 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health plans, disability and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in Maine.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Independent Living and memory care settings preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and electronic documentation.
• Demonstrates good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in Assisted Living, Independent Living and memory care settings.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Float to Senior Living Communities and private homes in the Dover-Foxcroft region as needed.
