Preferred Therapy Solutions in Dover-Foxcroft, ME is seeking a full-time floating Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support Senior Living Communities and private homes in the region. This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities to work across multiple settings with a collaborative rehabilitation team.

The ideal candidate is licensed or eligible to practice in Maine, comfortable traveling, and committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current PTA license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and memory care is preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and timely documentation.
• Team-oriented with flexible hours and strong patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and memory care settings.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Be flexible with hours.
