Qualifications

  • Must possess a current PTA license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.

  • Ability to work in sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab settings.
  • Strong attention to detail and timeliness in documentation.
  • Team player with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive therapy services in sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab settings (assisted living, independent living, memory care).
  • Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
  • Maintain PTA license and stay compliant with state requirements.
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel and electronic documentation efficiently.
  • Demonstrate detail-oriented and timely documentation; adaptable to varying hours.
