MLP Management LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities well maintained and running smoothly. The role supports multiple communities with routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-readies including painting.

You will diagnose issues, manage inventory, and adhere to safety policies; a valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required. Our total rewards package includes base pay, bonus opportunities, health/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• 3-5 years maintenance experience (at least 3 in multi-family industry).
• EPA Certification is preferred.
• CPO Certification is preferred.
• Class A maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be available to participate in on-call rotation.
• Current and valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and maintenance of the community.
