Qualifications

• Active LVN/LPN license in good standing.
• Successful NCLEX-PN completion.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation standards.
• Experience with phlebotomy and vaccine administration.
• Proficient EMR usage and documentation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in a diverse clinical setting.
• Ethical handling of patient information.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications by various routes as prescribed.
• Evaluate patient conditions and monitor responses.
• Document treatment and care in EMR accurately.
