Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) for our adult foster care homes in Duluth, MN. As a DSP, you will help people with disabilities and mental illness live their best, most fulfilling lives. No prior experience or certifications are required to get started in this exciting field.

This position will be trained to work at a minimum of three RSI homes, with shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. averaging 40 hours per week.

Formación

• Pass post-offer background check.
• Valid driver’s license required; MVR check if working days or evenings.

• Assist people with disabilities and mental illness with daily tasks and personal care.
• Support medication administration and household duties as needed.
• Provide behavioral management and coordination of community activities.
