Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a full-time Float Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Duluth, MN. You will support adults with disabilities and mental illness across RSI homes, with flexible day/evening hours and no overnights.

It’s a role that offers on-going training, diverse duties, and opportunities for advancement within RSI. Shifts average 40 hours per week, with a mix of days and afternoons.

Qualifications

• Pass a post-offer background check.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration, household duties, behavioral management, personal hygiene, and medical care.
• Engage in community activities and outings with program participants.
