Securitas Security Services is expanding our Security Team at Lonza located in Newington, NH. We are looking for Full-Time & Part-Time Security Officers to fill various shifts.

The ideal candidate brings a background in military service, law enforcement, or security, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Previous experience in security or management is strongly preferred but not required, as Securitas offers a comprehensive training program to support your success. Whether you are just starting your career or in retirement, Securitas is a GREAT choice!

Pay Rate:

Starting at $20.00/hr

Schedules/Shifts Available:

1st Shift, Friday - Sunday - Thursday, 6:00am – 2:00pm, 40 hrs/week

2nd Shift, Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, 40 hrs/week

1st Shift, Saturday/Sunday, 6:00am - 2:00pm, 16 hrs/week

2nd Shift, Friday/Sunday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, 16 hrs/week

Requirements:

• 18 Years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Previous Military and/or Law enforcement experience a plus!!
• Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, & have a strong work ethic
• Conflict resolution & de-escalation skills preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
• Must be able to conduct foot and/or mobile patrols throughout shift – During various weather conditions.
• Must be able to stay alert & have great attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable conducting access control duties.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation & communication.
