Shift Lead Security Officer - South Nashua, NH

Securitas is hiring immediately for TWO FULL-TIME Shift Lead Security Officers to keep our clients site safe in Nashua, NH!

The Shift Lead Security Officer supervises and motivates team members, leading by example to go above and beyond in supporting the safety of our clients through Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness!

Pay: $20.00/hr

Schedule

Saturday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm, Sunday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, and Monday through Wednesday 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm (40 hours per week)

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and professionalism
• Quick judgment and ability to safely and swiftly de-escalate situations
• Prior experience (at least 1 year) in a security role
• Experience in supervisory roles preferred
• Experience in customer service roles preferred
• Ability to obtain NH Guard Card (includes a $40 application fee) - we will assist you in applying for this upon accepting an offer of employment!
• Walking/standing for long periods of time
• Willingness to be outside in all types of weather for patrolling purposes
• Valid driver's license and CLEAN driving record
• Comfortable operating a company vehicle during mobile patrols
• Ability to ride a bicycle
• At least 18 years old
