Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, creating a structured, family-like environment for academic, emotional, and social development.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, budgeting, and coordinating activities.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administrating medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
