Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in student homes, provide care and supervision for 8–13 students, and support academic, emotional, and social development within a family-like environment.

Responsibilities include supervising, managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, and leading devotions with students.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Ability to supervise and mentor students.
• Willingness to drive and chaperone activities.
• Comfort leading devotions and Chapel attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship of students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in recreational planning.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
