Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of 8–13 students and supporting their academic, emotional, and social development in a family-like environment. This two-person role requires both spouses to be married at least two years, aged 27+, with a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth (reliable mentoring and supervision).
• Ability to live and work with students in a family-like setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel services.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
