Job summary

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is hiring married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, and supervision for 8-13 students.

The role includes supervising daily routines, coordinating schedules, and leading devotional activities within a structured, family-like environment designed to foster academic, emotional, and social development.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
