Job summary

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initial days on a nine-consecutive-days-on duty schedule, followed by three days off, with eventual

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Initially support various student homes on a 9-on/3-off schedule; transition to Placed Houseparent living with the same group.
