Robotics and Digital Solutions (RDS), a Division of The Hillman Group, is seeking a Full Time Kiosk Technician in Eastern Metro Atlanta to service and repair accounts and handle break-fix for third-party machines.

The territory includes 90 kiosks and is a full-time position of 40 hours per week. Starting pay is $23 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Territory parameters:

• East to Madison, GA
• North to Snellville, GA
• West to Decatur, GA
• South to McDonough, GA

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact at customer locations.
• Restock kiosks, order products, clean, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to service and repair dispatches (typically 1-2 hours per machine, 1-2 times per month).
• Flexible scheduling for routine service calls; Saturday service may be required.
• Respond to unscheduled service calls with an ETA within 4 hours and on-site within 24 hours.

Additional Duties:

• Perform routine re-stocking and maintenance based on demand or schedule.
• Handle on-call repairs or adjustments when machines malfunction.
• Install machines within the local area.
• Monitor machines daily for issues, resolving connectivity or power problems by contacting stores.
• Manage inventory for machines in possession.
• Conduct store meetings, interact with management, and promote machines to enhance revenue.
• Optimize machine locations, uptime, product mix, and store relationships to grow revenue.

Skills Required:

• Basic troubleshooting, mechanical, and electro-mechanical skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions carefully.
• Basic computer, email, and spreadsheet skills.

Training: Training specific to kiosks will be provided to all new employees.

Safety and Work Environment:

Hillman follows CDC guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Precautions will be discussed during the interview process.

Physical and Travel Demands:

Travel is required daily, potentially up to 200 miles. Physical demands include medium lifting up to 30 lbs. and occasional pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs. Hand-eye coordination, vision, and hearing are necessary.
