Location: Philadelphia PA
$22.90/hour + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission
Full-Time Schedule: 5 evenings/week – Select shift either: 12:05pm to 9:00pm -or- 3:00pm-9:30pm

Here’s what you can expect to do: Our Field Sales Representatives are the heroes at the forefront of our commitment to Serve, Solve, Sell. We’ll kick things off with paid training – setting you up for success to work independently in the field. You will be trained in all our products and be able to deliver interactive sales opportunities that will teach communication skills, negotiation tactics, and problem solving. Coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy. Once in the field, you’ll consistently demonstrate our Serve, Solve, Sell model below:
Serve:
Meet customers in-home, in-office, or wherever they are. Asurion will pre-schedule customer interactions, so you have the opportunity to effectively meet and surpass your sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire interaction, always prioritizing the customer first.
Solve:
Utilize your expertise to address and resolve customers’ tech issues, provide an understandable solution, regardless of their tech knowledge.
Ensure customers leave with a resolution that works and a product that addresses their future tech needs.
Sell:
Leverage Asurion’s growing range of products to offer tailored solutions to customers.
Listen actively to identify customer needs and position products uniquely to meet those needs.
Use strong negotiation and communication skills—making smooth pivots and being highly motivated to close the right sale.
Here’s what you’ll bring to the team:
Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles). Customer service appointments are located in neighborhoods and cities surrounding your inventory warehouse, with an expected travel distance of up to 120 miles one-way.
A flexible 5-day schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A personal cellphone to stay connected.
Comfort working around household pets.
Efficient, adaptable, goal-oriented, and persuasive communication skills.
Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills for various career paths.
Naturally outgoing and thrives in human interaction.
