Job summary

Collaborative Support Programs of NJ is seeking Enhanced Support Workers to provide direct support and skill development for residents with psychiatric and substance use disabilities. This role involves community resource linkages and promoting independent living.

The position offers a salary range of $19.23 - $21.63 per hour based on education and experience, alongside full-time benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, 6 weeks PTO, and 11 holidays.
