The Family Self-Sufficiency Case Aide will provide support services under the direction of Department Staff to TANF recipients with the goal of helping them achieve self-sufficiency. The case aide will provide support to professional case management staff and augment the efforts of the JOBS and/or Public Assistance (PA) staff in assisting eligible individuals to overcome barriers to employment, to increase their marketable skills and employability, to gain or retain employment and to transition from welfare to work. This is not an all-inclusive list of duties.
