Job summary

TALLADEGA CLAY RANDOLPH CHILD CARE CORP seeks Adult Service Case Aides to support APS clients at the DHR office in Robertsdale and across Baldwin County. The role includes in-home help with housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and aid with budgeting and errands.

You will assist with applications for SNAP, Medicare and Medicaid, provide reminders for medications, and maintain client records while upholding HIPAA and safety standards. Flexible scheduling may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with years of public interaction experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have good attendance.
• Read and write legibly; basic computer skills required.
• Able to work independently and follow service plans.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with light chores and housekeeping.
• Transport clients to medical appointments, entitlements and errands.
• Assist with grocery shopping, meal planning and food prep guidance.
• Assist with filing entitlement applications (SNAP, Medicare, Medicaid).
• Provide medication reminders; do not administer medications.
• Read letters and help with writing (e.g., letters to utilities).
• Teach budgeting and household task management.
• Coordinate PPE purchases and deliveries for clients.
