Job summary

LaForce, Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Painter to join our Installation Department in Wisconsin. You will prepare and paint frames, doors, and components, and assist with installation tasks. Hours are 4:30am-2:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with possible overtime on Fridays.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or GED) and 6–12 months related experience. A forklift certification will be provided through internal training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6–12 months related painting experience preferred; military experience counts.
• Forklift certification will be provided through internal training.
• Must be able to read safety guidelines, operating instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint materials such as frames, doors, and components.
• Operate airless and pressure-pot spray systems to apply primer and top coats.
• Safely move materials with a forklift, keep a clean painting environment, and manage warehouse inventory.
