Job summary

LaForce is seeking a dedicated full-time Painter to join our Installation Department in Wisconsin. You will prepare and paint frames, doors, and components and assist with installation tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.

Hours are 4:30am-2:30pm Monday-Thursday with possible overtime on Fridays. A high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months related experience are preferred; forklift certification will be provided during internal training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6–12 months related experience.
• Ability to read safety guidelines, instructions, and procedures.
• Forklift certification will be provided through internal training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and paint materials such as frames, doors, and components.
• Operate airless/pressure-pot spray systems to apply primer and top coats.
• Move materials safely, maintain a clean painting environment, and assist with installation tasks.
