Job Details: Job Location: Wichita, KS 67202, Come join the Omega Management Team for this exciting opportunity. We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician with our Facility team. The Maintenance Technician performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property and on all systems with-in. They are responsible for maintaining the cleaned and repaired condition of the property interiors, exteriors, and site. It should be noted that some duties might not be specifically addressed.

Knowledge, Abilities and Other Qualities

• The employee shall perform his/her duties using standard levels of productivity and dependability, ensuring completion in a timely and zero-defect manner
• He/she must be customer service oriented and genuinely support and promote good resident/tenant relations and service
• The employee must have the ability to work independently, be able to direct others, a willingness to learn, and good communication skills and be willing to participate fully in staff meetings and designated training programs.
