Job summary

Weigand-Omega Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facility team in Wichita, KS. The role involves performing necessary repairs and preventive maintenance across the entire property and its systems.

You will help maintain clean and well-functioning interiors, exteriors, and grounds, and you may handle duties not explicitly listed as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA Universal Certification, and HVAC-related experience or apprenticeship

We are looking to add a Maintenance Technician with our Facility team.

The Maintenance Technician performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property and on all systems within.

They are responsible for maintaining the cleaned and repaired condition of the property interiors, exteriors, and site. It should be noted that some duties might not be specifically addressed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must have the EPA Universal Certification
• A total of at least 2 years of experience by Vocational HVAC Schooling (please provide transcript or certificate of completion) AND/OR Verifiable apprenticeship training
