Omega Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Facility team. The Maintenance Technician performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property and on all systems within.

The role emphasizes maintaining the cleaned and repaired condition of interiors, exteriors, and the site, with independent work and opportunities to direct others when needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• Vocational HVAC schooling or apprenticeship experience preferred.
• Must provide transcript or certificate of completion.

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance across the property and systems.
• Maintain the cleaned and repaired condition of interiors, exteriors, and site.
• Work independently and may direct others as needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and designated training programs.

The Maintenance Technician performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property and on all systems with-in. They are responsible for maintaining the cleaned and repaired condition of the property interiors, exteriors, and site.
