Job summary

Homestead Village in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Full-Time Utility Housekeeper to support a clean, safe environment for residents. The shift is 7:00am-3:30pm, with a starting rate of $16.50 per hour based on experience, and responsibilities across the Main Building.

Applicants should have 1-2 years floor care experience, ability to communicate in English with residents and co-workers, and adherence to company-wide behaviors.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years floor care experience required.
• English skills required to communicate with residents and co-workers.
• Adheres to the Company Wide Behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment by performing housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Strip and wax floors, buff on regular schedule to maintain shine.
• Scrub kitchen floors and corridors using floor buffers and scrubbers.
• Perform daily spot checks of carpets and clean accordingly.
• Vacuum hallways and public areas daily.
• Clean and sanitize public bathrooms at least twice during shift.
